Teneille Webster-O'Callaghan

Business Owner and Senior Speech Pathologist

 

Business owner Teneille Webster-O'Callaghan is a local of the Beenleigh area and is committed to furthering the needs of children with speech, language and literacy difficulties. Teneille is a University of Queensland graduate who has travelled throughout metropolitan, regional and remote parts of Queensland to support the communication development of children. 

 

Through her work to date, Teneille has developed a keen interest in working with children to develop strong communication skills, and to help their families feel empowered to encourage this communication development. This passion inspired her to establish Fun With Words in mid-2014.  Since then Teneille and her husband, have started a family, and now have two children of their own. Taking this step into parenthood, makes her conscious and responsive to the individualised needs of all clients and their families.

Tyler is an energetic and innovative speech pathologist, who has a special interest in working with children who are minimally speaking, non-speaking, or have a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Since graduating from the University of Queensland in 2020, she has become known for leaving no stone unturned when it comes to advocating for her clients. â€‹â€‹

Tyler is a strong believer that no one approach fits all, and that everyone learns differently. She is known for asking any question, in order to improve her own clinical skills, and also to ensure her clients are receiving the best possible care to thrive in life.

​​​​​​

Outside of work, Tyler enjoys taking her Dalmatian, Perdy, for walks and trips to the beach, as well as spending quality time with her partner and family.

Maddison Martinez

Speech Pathologist

Maddie is a passionate and empathetic Speech Pathologist who graduated with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Honours) from the University of Queensland.  Her passion for helping people, as well as her interest in all things speech and language, led her to pursue a career in Speech Pathology.

​

Maddie enjoys learning about new areas of speech pathology and aims to ensure that her practice is wholistic and family centred.  She prides herself on her attention to detail, and the genuine connections she can make with her clients. 

​

Outside of work, Maddie enjoys learning languages, reading, travelling, and exploring new cultures.  She loves spending time with her pets and is a big animal lover!

Phoebe Challis

Speech Pathologist

Phoebe is a Speech Pathologist at the clinic, having graduated from The University of Queensland in 2023. Previously, she worked as a Therapy Assistant at Fun With Words while completing her Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Honours) program. Over the years, she has greatly enjoyed getting to know and working with many families at Fun With Words.

​

Phoebe is passionate about providing holistic care and focuses on the bigger picture for her clients. She collaborates closely with families and their team to create and achieve meaningful goals. Phoebe is also committed to continuous learning and growth in her profession.

​

Outside of work, Phoebe enjoys hiking, reading, and relaxing with her cat.

Thian Enn (Tea) is a new graduate speech pathologist who graduated from The University of Queensland in 2024. Previously, she worked as a Therapy Assistant at Fun With Words.

 

She is passionate about supporting individuals and their family’s unique journey to meet their communication needs. She is also committed to helping clients meet their goals through a personalised approach to create positive, meaningful outcomes.

​

Outside of work, Tea enjoys volunteering for pop culture events, combining their love for community engagement with all things fun and creative.

Ellice Chapman

Administration

Ellice is the clinic’s receptionist and administration officer. She has a pass​ion for helping others and is inspired by our children building confidence to be their best selves. Ellice’s friendly face and natural care for others ensure our clients are warmly welcomed every time they come through the door. A team player, Ellice values connection and always finds a way to have a little fun, making her an excellent fit into the fun With Words Team. 


 

Jessica Pittman

Speech Pathologist

Jess is a passionate speech pathologist with a Masters of Speech Pathology Studies from the University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Social Work (Honours) from Griffith University.

Jess brings a holistic approach to supporting families on their speech pathology journey.

 

She works closely with parents and their children to develop individualised services that are evidence-based and align with the family’s unique needs and communication goals. Jess strives to ensure families feel educated, empowered and confident in their child’s progress.

​

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, craft projects and weekend adventures with her friends and family.

 

Hollis Wong

Hollis is one of the clinic’s Therapy Assistants. She is currently in her final year of the Masters of Speech Pathology program at the University of Queensland. 

 

She is dedicated to helping children unlock their communication potential and build confidence in expressing themselves. Hollis is passionate about creating engaging, supportive environments where children feel comfortable to explore and learn. She enjoys collaborating with the clinic’s speech pathologists to deliver individualized therapy plans and love using creative techniques—such as games, storytelling, and interactive activities—to make learning fun.

 

Administration

Ailey and Sheri are the cheerful receptionists at Fun With Words. We take pride in being the welcoming face and friendly voices for our young clients and their families. With a passion for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, we greet each child with a smile and ensure that parents feel at ease as they navigate their speech therapy journey.

​

Every day, we have the joy of witnessing small victories and big smiles as children grow and develop their communication skills. We believe that a happy environment fosters progress and work hard to maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere at our clinic.
